APPLICATION APPROVAL
All wholesale applications to wholesale Naked Bar Naturals’ products will be approved based on compatibility, online presence, and location. Sales Tax Certificate of Exemption must be provided before the first order is placed.
Naked Bar Naturals reserves the right to refuse wholesale sales to businesses without a physical retail location, or for any reason as we deem fit.
MINIMUM ORDER
Opening order: $200
Re-order: $100
PAYMENT + SHIPPING
Naked Bar Naturals requires payment before shipment, unless we have agreed upon terms. Once an order is received, we will send you a payable invoice via Square that will give you the option to store your credit card. If ordering through the website wholesale portal, you have the option to pay by credit or debit card, PayPal and other avenues.
Shipping is 10% of your order total.
SHIPPING ERRORS + DAMAGES
Please report any order errors or damaged products within 3 business days of receipt of order. If a product arrives damaged, please note any external shipping box damages, and email photos of the damaged product and box, if applicable, to hello@nakedbarnaturals.com.
Naked Bar Naturals always wants our retailers to be thrilled with their order, so we will work with you to make it right!
TURNAROUND TIME
Please allow a lead time of 3 to 5 business days once an order is received. During holiday and high-volume order periods, please respect a longer turnaround time of up to 10 business days.
We do our best to keep our retailers updated on accurate turnaround times. Please be mindful that each product is handmade by Naked Bar Naturals with care in our warehouse and may require longer lead times due to various reasons beyond our control. Expedited orders are subject to an upcharge.
PRIVATE LABEL + CUSTOM ORDERS
Naked Bar Naturals does not offer private label or custom orders. All our products must be sold under the Naked Bar Naturals name.
ONLINE + SOCIAL MEDIA
Naked Bar Naturals prohibits the sale of our products on any websites/social media pages other than Naked Bar Naturals website.
Products may not be resold to wholesale or discount outlets, either online or otherwise.
